Cost:

Early registration for the conference will be $150 through Friday, June 8, 2018.  After that time, registration will cost $180.  REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON JULY 6TH.

Registration includes:

Host Location:

Our host location is the beautiful Colorado Mountain College Alpine Campus in downtown Steamboat Springs. The Albright Auditorium hosts our opening and general sessions, and workshops will take place in air-conditioned classrooms or outside in the college’s new permaculture gardens. Enjoy breakfast and lunch in the gorgeous Neas Family Cafeteria with breathtaking views of Steamboat Springs and the nation’s oldest ski area, Howelsen Hill.

Accommodations:

Who says lodging in Steamboat Springs isn’t affordable? Relive your college days (but in nicer and newer rooms) by staying on the CMC campus. Only steps away from the cafeteria and auditorium, these rooms are available for the incredibly low cost of only $65 per night!  Enjoy a private bath and single bed along with great views of the Yampa Valley.  Share a room with a fellow CMG and pay only $35 per night! Just bring your toiletries and a towel, all other linens provided.

If staying on campus isn’t your style, the Rabbit Ears Motel in downtown Steamboat Springs has arranged for CMGs to stay for $109 per night.  For more information, visit the motel’s WEBSITE and tell them you’re attending the conference. Make reservations early – Steamboat Springs fills up in the summer!

Tours:

You can’t come to Routt County and see only Steamboat Springs, so we’d like to get you out of town! On Thursday night choose from one of the three organized tours. One tour will take guests to North Routt up the Elk River Valley. The second tour will head over to Strawberry Park. The third tour will explore the Yampa River Valley in the South Routt area. Tours are an additional $45 for each CMG and $50 for non-CMG guests. Transportation and dinner are included, featuring local beef raised by one of our very own CMG’s and her family. For details, see the GARDEN TOURS page.
