April 2020 Handy Lads & Lassies Club Report

In the month of April Handy Lads and Lassies had several online meetings, due to the Covid-19 outbreak, to go to based on the various animal projects you have. Specifically, we had an MQA meeting on the 23 of this month. In that meeting we discussed how to properly vaccinate, take care of, and how to ID your animal. Also, we received many announcements from the extension office about the upcoming events that are canceled, were being moved/discussed, or were far enough in the year that the event wasn’t cancelled.

March 2019 Handy Lads & Lassies Club Report

Handy Lads & Lassies  March 9th

For today’s meeting we worked concessions at the middle school wrestling tournament at SoRoCo. We do this as a fundraiser every other year.  It provides us with enough money to have in our account for 2 years. This money will go to help pay for all the activities and supplies we need when it comes up and other little things we may need it for. We worked from 7-5. Most people helped in one way whether it was set up take done working a shift or making something.
