• Food Preservation 101: in this class, you’ll learn the basics of preserving food through freezing, dehydrating, canning, and fermenting. You’ll understand how and why we preserve food, what happens during the process, and what equipment looks and feels like (because you can check out the equipment just like a library from Extension!). 
  Upcoming Food Preservation 101 classes: Tuesday, May 14^th 4-5pm (FREE) and Saturday, June 1st at the South Routt Yampa Ladies Aid Hall.
