Katie Maloney is the Family and Consumer Science Extension Specialist for Colorado State University in Routt County. She is a Registered Dietitian and graduated with a MS in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University. Katie is passionate about community building and education. She offers programming in health and wellbeing, nutrition, food safety and preservation, mental health, and more. In her free time, Katie enjoys cooking, reading, hanging out with her dog, and spending time in the outdoors.
