December 2020 Flat Top Club Report
The Flat Top 4H Club held its annual Kick Off meeting on Sunday November 8th, by zoom. We welcomed two new members, Allie Williams and Denayu Wolfson. We quickly took care of old business for the 2019-2020 4H year. Entering into 2021, we had our club officer elections and we welcome a few new officers into our cabinet along with some returning officers. Kayla Rossi was elected President, serving for her second year, followed by Alex Colby as the Vice President again. Emily Rossi returns to the secretary position, and Myka Cranwell returns as our historian. New to the slate of officers is Mia Cranwell as treasure, Olivia Rossi photographer, Kody Logan reporter, and Luke Duksa as a council rep along with Emily Rossi. Dash Duksa will serve as our alternate representative if needed. The club hopes that we will again be able to meet in person soon, but for the time being will continue with the zoom meetings.

January 2020 Flat Top Club Report
The Flat Top 4-H Club had a meeting on January 12th at 5:30 PM at the South Routt Elementary School. We went through the meeting, we discussed events such as LDC and leadership experience in Washington DC. We also discussed the family we adopted to give gift cards to City Market and Walmart, and Jeannie told us that they were very grateful. After the meeting concluded we had a club potluck where we all brought and appetizer or snack to eat afterwards.

November 2019 Flat Top Club Report
The Flat Top 4-H Club held a meeting on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at 5 p.m. at the South Routt Elementary School. During this meeting, members reported on fair. We discussed achievement night and elected the 2019 – 2020 club officers. The officers are President – Kayla Rossi, Vice President – Alex Colby, Secretary – Emily Rossi, Treasurer – Landon Gray, Reporter – Club members, Historian – Club members, Photographer – Mia Cranwell, and Council Representative – Olivia Rossi. The meeting was adjourned, and then we had the annual pot luck dinner. The next meeting will be Sunday, December 8, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. at South Routt Elementary School.

June 2019 Flat Top Club Report
At 6:07 p.m. on June 9, 2019 the Flat Top 4-H Club called their meeting to order at the South Routt Elementary School. The pledges were led by Emily Rossi and Kody Logan. The secretary minutes were suspended. Olivia Rossi gave the treasure’s report. There was no council report, but Jeanie Jo gave the leaders report. We discussed getting club shirts and the registration for fair. There were no demonstrations. The meeting was adjourned at 6:38 p.m.

May 2019 Flat Top Club Report
On May 1, 2019 the Flat Top 4-H Club held a meeting at the South Routt High School. The meeting was called to order at 4:20 p.m. The pledges were led by Taylor Kirby and Kayla Rossi. Olivia Rossi gave the treasures report. Alex Colby gave the secretary report. Taylor Kirby and Jeanie Jo gave the council and leaders reports. We discussed that you needed to get your sponsorship forms in. Taylor Kirby gave a demonstration for May Day. The meeting was adjourned at 4:40 p.m.

March 2019 Flat Top Club Report
On March 12, 2019, the Flat Top 4-H Club held a meeting at the Snow Bowl in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m. We discussed the add/drop day on May 1, 2019. We made two teams and each team bowled two games, we all had a really fun time. Emily Rossi gave a demonstration for St. Patrick’s Day. The meeting was adjourned at 3:40 p.m.

February 2019 Flat Top Club Report
The Flat Top 4-H Club held a meeting on February 10,2019 at the South Routt Elementary School. The meeting was called to order at 5:35 p.m. The pledges were led by Emily Rossi and Kody Logan. The secretary and treasure reports were suspended. There was no council, nor leaders report for this meeting. We discussed and agreed upon doing a booth at the South Routt Elementary School’s literacy carnival. Kayla Rossi gave a demonstration for Valentine’s Day. The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.

The Flat Top 4-H Club held our annual pot luck and meeting on December 9, 2018 at the South Routt Elementary School. The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. by President, Hannah Hayes. The pledges were led by Alex Colby and Kody Logan. Kayla Rossi took roll call, and gave the secretary minutes. Olivia Rossi gave the treasurer report. Kayla Rossi reported on Achievement Night, and Olivia Rossi gave a report on the scholarship night fundraiser. We held officer elections. The 2018 – 2019 club officers are: Hannah Hayes – President, Kayla Rossi – Vice President, Alex Colby – Secretary, Olivia Rossi – Treasurer, Emily Rossi – Reporter, Club members – Historian, Mia Cranwell and Landon Gray – Photographers, Kody Logan – Council Representative, Jace Logan – Council Representative Alternate. Our calendar committee will have Kayla Rossi, Olivia Rossi, Emily Rossi, Hannah Hayes, Landon Gray, and Jace Logan. The meeting was adjourned at 7:04 p.m. followed by our pot luck meal. The next meeting will be January 13, 2019 at 5:30 p.m.

On September 9, 2018, the Flat Top 4-H Club held a meeting at the South Routt Elementary School. The meeting was called to order at 5:41 p.m. The pledges were led by Jed Kirby and Alex Colby. Roll call was taken. The July 26th secretary minutes were read and approved. Olivia Rossi gave the treasures report. We made a motion to postpone the council and leader reports. Jed Kirby gave a report about state shooting sports. Olivia Rossi gave a report about fair. The meeting was adjourned at 5:55 pm. Jed Kirby gave a demonstration.

On July 26th, 2018, the Flat Top 4-H Club held a meeting at the South Routt Elementary School. June 2018 Flat Top Club Report
On July 4th, 2018 the Flat Top 4-H Club held a meeting, in conjunction with our pop sales after the parade in Yampa. The pledges, roll call, secretary minutes, treasures report, council report, leaders report, and club reports were postponed until the next meeting. We discussed record books being checked on July 26. Then, we talked about for our stall decorations at fair. The meeting was adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
February 2018 Flat Top Club Report
February 11, 2018
The Flat Top 4-H Club held a meeting on February 11, 2018 at the South Routt Elementary School. The meeting was called to order at 5:03 p.m. The pledges were led by Jace Logan and Kayla Willie. Roll call was taken by Kayla Rossi. The secretary minutes were read and approved. Olivia Rossi gave our treasures report, and it was approved. There was no council report. Jeanie Jo gave our leaders report. We gathered the things for the gift basket for Bjorn Carlson and went over our old business. We all agreed we should go to the bowling alley in Steamboat for the March meeting instead of a sledding party. We also discussed the IYFE meeting in April. The meeting was adjourned at 5:26 p.m. Taylor Kirby gave the Valentines Demonstration. Later that week we delivered the Valentines demonstration things. The next meeting is March, 2018 at Snow Bowl.

The Flat Top 4-H Club held a meeting on December 10, 2017 at the South Routt Elementary School. The calendar committee met before the meeting to plan out our meeting times, and our events for the year. The meeting was called to order at 5:07 p.m. The pledges were led by Taylor Kirby and Kody Logan. The secretary minutes were read and approved. Olivia Rossi gave the treasures report. Jeanie Jo gave the leaders report. We discussed giving money to a family in need, and we voted on giving the family two gift cards, one $75 to Walmart and one $75 to City Market. The meeting was adjourned at 5:48 p.m.

The Flat Top 4-H Club held a meeting on November 5, 2017 at the South Routt Elementary School. The pledges were led by Kody Logan and Olivia Rossi. We discussed old business such as writing thank yous for buyers and award sponsors. For new business, we selected the 2017 – 2018 club officers.
