Routt County 4-H Scholarship Foundation

The Routt County 4-H Scholarship Foundation is a locally funded and operated non-profit organization that began in 1994 with a $500 donation. The foundation provides scholarships for high school and continuing education students pursuing college or vocational school who have been active in 4-H. Since its inception, the foundation has awarded over 461 scholarships, totaling more than $1,196,450 (as of 2025). Thanks to the generosity of our community, we have now surpassed our $1 million endowment goal, ensuring ongoing support for future generations of 4-H youth. We continue to raise funds to expand our impact and provide even more opportunities for students.
